The Hades and Zelena relationship is explained, as Belle and the Wicked Witch end up in the Underworld.

Hades and Zelena sitting on a bicycle... Yep. "Our Decay" explored the past between the ruler of the Underworld and the Wicked Witch. I wanted to say tawdry past, but we didn't even get a kiss. Instead, there was a flimsy connection made over the period of a few hours because true love can happen in such a short period of time, apparently. The most intriguing aspect of their relationship was trying to determine whether Hades was being genuine with his profession of love or if his romantic mood was about him trying to get revenge on his brother.
In fact, Greg Germann was the best part of the entire episode. He needs to be given more work. He poured just the right amount of suaveness into his interactions with Zelena to make you guess about his intentions towards her. Did he really become so smitten so quickly? If not, making the town look like Storybrooke was unnecessary. He had no guarantee Zelena would ever see what he made for her. Then again, he could be lying to her about why the Underworld looks like Storybrooke. No wonder Zelena was conflicted.
